1 Cup peanut butter (or you could use almond butter)
1/2 Cup honey
1/4 Cup brown rice syrup (you can get this at health food stores)2 1/2 Cup brown rice cereal (you can also use Rice Crispies, but the brown rice is better nutritionally. Also available at health food stores)
1/2 Cup oats
1 - 2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Cup finely shredded coconut
Directions
Mix all but the coconut. Roll into balls, then roll in the coconut.
These can be eaten immediately or chilled in the refrigerator.
